General Policy
Nurse Path aims to provide high-quality OSCE preparation for internationally qualified nurses. Because our programs are primarily digital and accessible immediately upon enrolment, refunds are generally not available.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances or if Nurse Path is unable to provide the service. Approval of any refund request is solely at the discretion of Nurse Path management.
Optional Services (Mentorships and Workshops)
Mentorship sessions and small-group workshops may be refundable only if Nurse Path is unable to provide the service. Cancellations or no-shows by students are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases where a student changes their mind after accessing course content, fails to meet technical requirements such as device or internet access, or misses a mentorship session or workshop without prior notice.
Process for Requesting Refunds
Requests must be sent to info@nursepath.com.au with your name, enrolment details, and reason for the request. If approved, refunds will be processed within ten business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method if possible. Otherwise, refunds may be made through another payment mode at the option of Nurse Path.
